One Shot and Special Stamps Here is a chapter to the record book of stamps that will show 'One Shot' stamps that were made for specific people, and are only for those specific people. These stamps do not have a rarity sticker as there are only one of each of them in existence. These stamps may be given away if the original owner chooses to. Here you will also find 'Special' stamps which are not made for specific people, they are for anyone, however, there are only one of each of them in existence. They will have a 'S' sticker on them which stands for 'Special'. 'Special' stamps are permitted for trade and can be received in all the ways any other stamp can be.
