Meditation comes in all forms and types.
Meditation for me is the following:
When my boyfriend and I are just together: Just laughing, talking, sitting, being with one another. There is no other moment but right then. Everything just clicks together peacefully.
RAEs (Random Acts of Exercise): I will just get up at random intervals throughout the day and do 100 high knees here and 40 or 50 jumping jacks here and there. When I am moving (exercising), I am just being. The movement is like a meditation massage for my whole body and being.
Petz: Believe it or not, yes, petz, when I am simply, actually playing with my little virtual furballs. They are so relaxing and so lovely. I truly love those babies.
Creating: When I am creating my creature and objects and scenery for them. There is a peace that creating my own little loves that just brings me to a place where everything is nice and still, calm, and energized.
Whenever I'm in Nature: Nature has a way of just rejuvinating my whole being. There really isn't a way to describe it other than that.

For me, it's when I'm writing poetry. I consider many arts (eg singing, rapping, writing) to all be forms of poetry, and when I write any of those I just feel at ease. Another is when I'm outside, whether I'm walking around or simply resting on a rock or bench, I can relax and think about everything.

For me it would probably be my dog Wiggles and shading drawings. I find them both very relaxing.
